A New Age for Health and Fitness!

Transformational Wellness… The Self Care Evolution has begun!

The Dictionary defines Transformation as “an act, process, or instance of transforming or being transformed” in one word CHANGE!

We live in very interesting times… One thing is for sure, things are changing and that is as it should be. All things must change! That is the nature of life! In fact change (transformation) is the ONLY thing you can be sure of! The purpose of life is to evolve (change) and to experience itself in the “next grandest version of itself”! We are life and therefore our purpose is to evolve and to experience our changes as well!

What is most interesting to me about what is changing is our understanding of the true nature of Reality! Up until recently the majority of us, myself included, tended to focus only on the physical reality, the things we could see, feel, or touch! We are beginning to understand that there is much more than meets the eye! In fact there are at least three dimensions or more accurately “fields” that produce reality. What is the true nature of reality? Energy + Information = Physical Matter! In fact our physical reality is created from a “Living Matrix” of Information and Energy which have fields of their own! When we fully understand the effects of these fields on the human body, we will begin to understand and utilize the body’s natural and innate ability to heal itself and keep itself WELL! At that point we will have experienced a “Self Care” evolution and our current, failing, Health Care System will be a thing of the past!

I would like to welcome all of you to my new Blog site and I vow to use this medium to share my journey as I venture deeper down the “Rabbit Hole” in search of the “True Nature of Reality” and how a deeper understanding of this new reality can help us to live longer, healthier, happier lives! Many of the things I will be sharing will be “new” to many of you. Many of these ideas will challenge your beliefs and skepticism will be a perfectly normal reaction! I only encourage you to keep an open mind and listen or consider with an “open heart”! Challenge yourself to stay “open minded” the truth will eventually resonate within you and draw you into these uncharted waters! I will strive to provide you with information that has GOOD Scientific Validation behind it but many of the ideas will not come from our Western Allopathic way of looking at things because they are not yet looking at the “true nature” of reality and that is holding our society back from overcoming many of our most debilitating Health Challenges.

So what is the “True Nature of reality”? This is just one of the many topics we will be exploring in the weeks to come and to help get you on the “Right Path” I would encourage you to watch the following short trailer to an “incredible” movie called “The Living Matrix” after watching the trailer if it captures your interest I recommend viewing the whole movie! You will be motivated to learn more, It will challenge many of your allopathic beliefs!

  • I dunno, when it comes to working out, I’m still with the old-fashioned ones. The people from the past never really relied on machines and check out their body and to think they didn’t even have whey protein back then.

      Thanks for the comment! I appreciate where your coming from and it is interesting that the Fitness world is moving away from Machines to more Body Weight Movements and Metabolic Resistance! JACK LeLANE would be proud! Let’s hear it for NO MORE 45 MINUTE CARDIO MACHINE WORKOUTS!

  • Couch potato FOREVER, now in the gym and exercising/dieting regularly since August. Why are my knees SO SORE?

    • First and Foremost… if the pain continues you should check with your Health Care Professional to make sure nothing is wrong… Some of the most common other things that could be causing your pain are to much body weight, doing your movements improperly, or over stressing the knee joint… I would at least have a professional trainer look at your movements and exercise choices!

  • I don’t want to gain muscle, I have huge thighs. I am just trying to slim down. What workout/diet tips do you reccomend?.

    • Hello,
      This is a very common question, particularly from females. I understand your concern and everybody is different in terms of their ability to burn fat and add muscle! However, usually the best advice is to continue to focus on “fat loss” and just don’t do a lot of muscle building leg exercises (i.e. Heavy weights with multiple sets) try to keep your leg workouts to “Body weight” or “Light weight” squats, lunges, step ups, and walking/jogging etc. ! Once you get your Body Fat % down you will start to lean out and your muscle will become your best friend at increasing your metabolism and burning more fat and keeping it off!
